1.   Room Application

Complete and return the BelAir application for residency (see the attached application for a room).

2.   Background Check
A background check consists of references, character, education, past employment, and/or criminal records check in order to confirm suitability for residency at BelAir Estates, Inc (see the attached background check consent form).

3.   Urinalysis/Drug Screening
As a condition for temporary residence at BelAir Estates, Inc., all potential residents must undergo a drug and/or alcohol test by authorized medical professionals (see the attached consent for drug/alcohol testing form).

4.   Approval Process
Within three (3) days of receiving all required admission documents, BelAir will notify the referring agency/organization or person as to whether or not the application for temporary housing is approved or denied.

5.    Move In

Approved resident arrival/move in times are between 9:00AM and 2:00PM Monday through Friday.
